A sister to chatbee and moizbee. Dimmbee is a stand alone module for setting/dimming lightning/lamps in an apartment or house wirelessly using the Zigbee/MiWi/IEEE 802.15.4 protocol. Each module should be so small that it can be fitted in existing light installation and take its power from lamp power supply. A host Zigbee module connected to a PC via USB using genericusb or directly to internet using a genericethernet can be used to control the lights. When lights are remote controlled and dimmed they can be scheduled to turn on/off at specific or random times as well creating artificial maybe togheter with the internet alarm-clock.
A PCB with a MRF24J40, 3.3V supply, BALUN, a microcontroller and high current componentes for controlling the lights. Image to be added.
Uses same base Zigbee solution as in Moizbee, see moizbee for schematic.
Uses LightDimmer 3.0 solution for light control, see lightdimmer30 for schematic.
Firmware written in Microchip C18.
